The News Ambassador opportunity is going to be back up and running again beginning in October. We have taken feedback from previous volunteers and are excited to have volunteers assist with the important need of sharing news stories and information from the WFYI team.
To relaunch this opportunity, we will be hosting a relaunch meeting at WFYI on October 12th from 5:30-7 in our newly renovated community room.
Join us for on overview and plan for the updated opportunity, hear from WFYI digital editor Lauren Bavis who will lead us in a journalism training and get your WFYI News Ambassador swag.
This is a flexible ongoing volunteer opportunity that you can volunteer for as your schedule allows.
