Sunday, May 31 + Monday, June 1 at Newfields - Indianapolis, IN
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the ANTIQUES ROADSHOW Production Event at Newfields in Indianapolis, Indiana on June 1! ANTIQUES ROADSHOW relies on its volunteers to make sure the day runs smoothly and that guests have a great time at the production event. The show would simply not be possible without you.
Please review the volunteer requirements to ensure you meet all criteria and can commit to the mandatory onsite training on Sunday, May 31, 4:30-6:30pm and the full production event day on Monday, June 1 from approximately 6:30am-6:30pm* before completing this form.
On event day (June 1), although there is no stipend, volunteers will receive breakfast, lunch, snacks, a ROADSHOW hat and shirt, and may have up to two items appraised!
Volunteer Requirements
- Minimum age is 18.
- Must attend a mandatory onsite training session at Newfields on May 31st from 4:30pm to 6:30pm
- Need to arrive at Newfields by 6:30am on event day.
- All volunteers must show a government-issued photo ID at the check-in table for training the day before.
- All positions require standing or walking throughout the 12+-hour event.
- Volunteer participation during the event is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
*Some volunteers may be released earlier-and some may be asked to stay slightly later. The exact release time depends on the volunteer's job and how many attendees are at the event.
